My name is Keisha Fuller. I’m a communications professional with over a decade of cross-sector experience spanning from the financial services industry to mission-focused non-profits, including education, healthcare, and private museums. My work incorporates a balance of emotional intelligence, innovation, and strategic execution.
I do not position myself as a hyper-specialist or a business guru - intentionally. I attended business school to gain fluency and leverage in understanding how organizations function, how decisions are made, and how strategy becomes reality. My strength lies in synthesis; connecting emotional truth, cultural context, and operational clarity into work that feels grounded and effective. I am drawn to work that values meaning, durability, and human impact over speed and prestige for its own sake.
I am building a slower, more humane professional life rooted in thoughtful leadership, honest communication, and work that can stand the test of time.
Beyond my professional life, I regularly explore used bookstores, fish and crab with my family, play strategy-based games, or conduct culinary experiments with a unique vegetable I find at my local farmer's market. I’m also a lifelong learner, creative thinker, and lover of stories in all their forms. I love discussing hidden (or obvious) meanings and philosophical messages in behavior, film, TV, literature, and music.
I partner with organizations and leaders who need a sharp, steady collaborator to help move ideas forward with care and precision. My work is a mix of strategy, communication, and execution.
Core areas of support include:
Project & Event Management — planning, coordination, and delivery for complex, mission-driven initiatives
Communication Strategy — shaping ideas from conception through execution, including messaging, storytelling, and stakeholder alignment
