Hi! I'm Keisha.
I'm a program management and strategic communications professional with over a decade of experience across financial services, education, healthcare, and mission-driven organizations, including private museums.
I plan and run the programs, events, and communications that help organizations connect with the people they serve. That's meant leading revenue-generating events and campaigns, managing organization-wide communications projects, and overseeing a full CRM migration from the ground up.
I went back for an MBA because I wanted to understand more than how to execute well. I wanted to understand how organizations make decisions, and what happens to a strategy once it hits the reality of daily operations. Good plans fall apart in that gap all the time. I like sitting in it and figuring out what holds.
Right now I'm focused on operations, program and event management, cross-functional coordination, and the communications work that keeps all of it clear to the people who need to understand it.
Outside of work, you'll find me in used bookstores, fishing and crabbing with my family, deep in a PC game, building miniature dioramas, or testing a recipe I probably didn't need to complicate.
I partner with organizations and leaders who need a sharp, steady collaborator to help move ideas forward with care and precision. My work is a mix of strategy, communication, and execution.
Core areas of support include:
Project & Event Management — planning, coordination, and delivery for complex, mission-driven initiatives
Communication Strategy — shaping ideas from conception through execution, including messaging, storytelling, and stakeholder alignment
